I had an incredibly positive customer service experience thanks to Jake. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly enhanced our group's stay at this hotel. He was attentive, proactive, and consistently went above and beyond to address our needs, making sure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His efforts did not go unnoticed, and they greatly contributed to making our experience at the hotel not just satisfactory, but truly outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to Jake for his exceptional service and dedication.

We are Hilton brand loyal and typically stay at Hampton Inn while traveling. This Hampton Inn wasn’t good. The staff was impressive. They were friendly and responsive. The location right off the interstate was convenient. Our room was not great. We were greeted by a strong marijuana smell upon stepping off the elevator. Our room had been smoked in but that smell was not as bad as the permitting pot smell that was unceasing. The staff was put in the unenviable position of having to figure out who was smoking the marijuana. Sadly it ruined my opinion of the hotel. Our room never cooled down and the bed was not comfortable. This one isn’t up to Hilton brand standards.

Great place to stay, especially if you have kids. The free breakfast is delicious and well stocked. The pool is kid friendly and has a mini play area which they will love. The rooms are quiet and nicely furnished. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for a soccer tournament and it was very pleasant! The staff was extremely attentive. I had an infant with me as well and needed milk (which they didn’t sell), the front desk lady went out of her way to go to the kitchen and get me a cup of milk for my baby’s bottle. They kept the place very clean and didn’t mind a large group of us hanging out as a team in the lobby/dining area!

Stacy was the shining light of our stay at this hotel. She made sure we felt welcomed, relaxed and she checked up on us by text message. Very nice! Hot tub was nice and big and the pool area was nice for children. The bed was one worst beds we've ever slept on. We woke up hurting everywhere. The alarm light was sooo bright. Why? The light coming from under the door was obnoxious. And there was black mold growing on the wallpaper in our bathroom. We expected more from Hampton Inn. 3.75 Stars.

Highly recommend the Hampton Inn and Suites on the West side of Madison. Rooms very up to date furnishings and were very clean with comfortable beds. Hampton’s always have nice breakfasts and this location did. Hotel was very busy but very quiet. Can get to campus and downtown pretty quickly and the room rate staying west vs on campus was much better and worth the Uber or drive.
